Carmen Lambert

Carmen was born and raised in the City of York, Pennsylvania.  She attended city schools through ninth grade and graduated high school from York County School of Technology. After her high school graduation, she earned a B.S. Degree in Elementary/Special Education from Lock Haven University and a Masters in Education Administration from Penn State University.

Carmen was ordained as an Elder in December 2010.

Carmen is a tentmaker missionary serving the Body of Christ.

Carmen believes Bible Adventure and Christians in Action are special gifts from God to “evangelize”, “encourage”, “equip”, and “mentor” children and youth to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  

She believes her visions of seeing many children and youth come to know the Lord, will partially be fulfilled through Joy El Ministries.
