Each summer, as I hire for our summer staff, I am always amazed not only by how God uses our students to bless children but also by how He continues to work in their lives long after camp ends.
This past school year, I have been especially excited to see the growth of one of our former counselors, who has been called to ministry in the Dominican Republic. Just this past summer, I reached out to him to ask about his future ambitions. He shared that he was enrolling in a theology program in the Dominican Republic while also helping to grow churches in his school community.
Over the Christmas holiday, he was able to return and join us for the summer staff reunion. It was incredible to hear all the ways the Lord has been using him!
