Bible Adventure Assistant DirectorWhy? Because life is hopeless without Jesus and children need the hope of Jesus Christ.  This missionary position involves mentoring and caring, training and equipping, regional administration and advancement, recruiting and public relations.  You would help plan and implement growth strategies so that more children can be reached for Jesus Christ through Joy El’s Bible Adventure Program.  This is a full-time missionary position.


Development Coordinator: Join with our mission to “provide opportunities for people to experience life change through a personal encounter with God” in the area of fundraising! Desired person will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, experience in social media marketing, developing relationships and raising funds for a non-profit organization. Equipping Coordinator: This is a missionary position where the person would invest time relationally connecting, equipping, and recruiting ministry leaders (School Coordinators) to minister to school children in grades 3-8.  This would involve training, one-on-one mentoring and providing encouragement to volunteer School Coordinators.  You would help School Coordinators plan and implement a growth strategy so that more children can be reached for Jesus Christ (10-20 hours per week, mid-July through May). We are currently seeking three Equipping Coordinators in the following areas: York/West, York/North, Shippensburg/Northern Chambersburg.

Summer Staff Positions Available

Support Staff Team individuals who meet a specific need necessary for camp to function.

Maintenance Assistant – The purpose of this position is to assist the Maintenance Coordinator in upkeep of the camp facility.  Responsibilities include lawn mowing, trash removal and minor repairs as needed.  They will help with other activities at camp as needed.
