Year-Round Positions Available

 

Advancement Administrative Assistant:

Seeking a detail oriented, highly organized individual with initiative to coordinate the administrative responsibilities for the Advancement Department. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft office programs and a welcoming phone demeanor would be expected. Excitement about the mission is anticipated. This is a part-time position with an expectation of 20 hours weekly.

 

CIA (Christians In Action) Equipping Coordinator: 

This is a missionary position for our Middle School programs in York, PA.  This person would invest time relationally connecting, equipping, and recruiting ministry leaders (School Coordinators) to minister to middle school students in grades 6-8.  This would involve training, one-on-one mentoring and providing encouragement to volunteer School Coordinators.  You would help School Coordinators plan and implement a growth strategy so that more children can be reached for Jesus Christ. (20 hours per week, mid-July through May).

 

Development Coordinator:

Seeking an exceptional communicator who enjoys fostering relationships.  This goal oriented candidate with experience in sales or fund raising would connect with many to champion the mission of Joy El. This is a full-time, year-round position.

 

Equipping Coordinator:

This is a missionary position where the person would invest time relationally connecting, equipping, and recruiting ministry leaders (School Coordinators) to minister to elementary school children in grades 3-5.  This would involve training, one-on-one mentoring and providing encouragement to volunteer School Coordinators.  You would help School Coordinators plan and implement a growth strategy so that more children can be reached for Jesus Christ (10-20 hours per week, mid-July through May).We are currently seeking  Equipping Coordinators for the York, PA area for: NE/Eastern York, Dillsburg/Mechanicsburg, and Dover/Spring Grove areas.

 

Group Events Coordinator:

Seeking a service oriented individual who will work to provide the best group experience possible for Joy El’s guests. Strong communication skills are essential as expectations are recorded, tracked and facilitated in multiple departments. Follow up is necessary to ensure service standards were attained. This is a part-time, year-round position.
