4.12 Coordinator (full or part-time, year-round):

Joy El is looking to hire a male coordinator for the 4.12 Leadership Training Program. The program involves 120 youth from 8^th – 12^th grade. and focuses on equipping the students in their faith and leadership through trainings, mentoring, and service at Joy El. The 4.12 coordinator would disciple, teach, and equip the 4.12 students for their valuable ministry.  A passion to develop long-term faith in young people through mentoring and discipleship is key.  Equipping young people to walk with Jesus all of their days and influence others to do the same. Chief Ministry Officer (full-time, year-round):

The ideal Chief Ministry Officer (CMO) candidate will implement the Vision, Mission, Motto, and Core values of Joy El throughout all ministry areas. Collaborate with the CFO and CEO on budgets and long-range planning.  Provide administrative oversight of Joy El’s programs, supervise the Directors of Departments, and participate in the hiring process of down-line leaders. Creative Marketing Coordinator (part-time, year-round):

This is a part-time, year-round, hourly paid position. The CMC is responsible for the planning & execution of promotional materials, upkeep of webpages, creating social media schedule & content, and design of printed materials. To thrive in this position the candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication. They will also need to have familiarity with social media platforms (particularly Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Canva, and WordPress, as well as an ability to quickly learn and adapt to various online platforms.

Equipping Coordinator (part-time, Bible Adventure Team):

This is a part-time missionary position. The role requires encouraging others in spiritual growth, recruiting, public relations, and administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone who will be a godly role model for children and adults, who has strong interpersonal skills, and a desire, ability, and commitment to lead, equip, and encourage others.

2024 Summer Staff Positions

Lifeguard:

The Lifeguard ensures swimmers’ safety in the pool during summer camp by supervising all activity at the pool. They also accomplish this by completing daily cleaning of the pool and locker rooms.

 

Maintenance Assistant:

Our Maintenance Assistants ensure the safety and upkeep of our facilities alongside our Maintenance Coordinator during the summer.

 

Bible Adventure Office Assistant:

The Bible Adventure Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance for our Bible Adventure Team. This includes answering phones, data entry, and helping with preparation for Bible Adventure/CIA programs for the Fall.

 

Office Assistant:

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance for our Front Office. This includes answering phones, data entry, and helping with set up for weekly registrations during summer camp.

 

Senior Counselors:

Senior Counselors provide supervision of children on Joy El’s property throughout each week of summer camp.

 

 

We will also be looking for Bus Drivers & Nurses.
