Every session of summer camp, we ask parents to give us feedback, so that we can improve the program and facility for future campers. This is very important to us. Why? Because we know how hopeless life can be without Jesus. The better experience each child has at summer camp, the more likely children will see and understand the hope that Jesus Christ offers.
Recently I reviewed the evaluations from last summer. One question was, “Did you feel you got your money’s worth at Joy El Camps & Retreats?”
Every week, the answers are usually 98% or higher “YES”! Some parents chose to add a few words of explanation. Their answers were very encouraging.
“I do not believe there is a dollar value I can place on the spiritual instruction available at Camp Joy El.”
“My son said he had an amazing time.”
“Activities and, most important, the staff and counselors were outstanding.”
“I appreciate all of the guidance and direction that is available during registration.”
“She loved it so much. She’s been upset to be home and away from camp.”
“Exemplary Christian mentors and leadership.”
