The closing program at the end of a week of camp is quite an exciting time.
Just imagine campers are signing the songs with great enthusiasm. Memorized verses are shared by campers. Testimonies are given by children whose lives have been changed. And don’t forget lost and found, we want to give it back!
Anyone who attends realizes that there is something amazing among us. It is the presence of God.
Recently a father who joined us for a closing program shared, “I don’t know much about God, but I have seen him in action this week.”
All glory to God. He is at work, and we are excited when people can see him working. Job himself shared: “I will teach you about the power of God; the ways of the Almighty I will not conceal” (Job 27:11).
We pray that more people will continue to see God at work and be impacted by it.
