This is the second in a series of “Number One Reasons”. We listen very carefully to parents. We want to know what they like, and how we can improve. And that is why we are always asking questions. We regularly ask them, “Why do you send your children to experience summer camp at Joy El?”
Their number one answer is consistently the same.
“We send our children to Joy El because of the spiritual instruction.” Parents value the activities. They value the fun that their children will have. They are excited about the friends that their children will make, but they understand that it all wraps around the spiritual instruction. I am thankful for this.
#1 — I am thankful that parents trust us to help their children in this important aspect of their life.
#2 — I am encouraged that our staff and volunteers consistently deliver on our desire to ignite a generation that seeks the Lord.
