Justin Kipe

Food Service Coordinator

Justin’s first time at Joy El was at a Father Son Retreat. He later ended up volunteering for Joy El Jubilee, and eventually came on staff in 2016 as the Maintenance Coordinator. He also served as the Director of Camping Ministries from 2017-2020 before returning in 2021 as the Food Service Coordinator.

Justin graduated from CVCS High School, and has lived in Chambersburg his whole life. He and his awesome wife Michelle have one son Jude, who has also served at Joy El and was a part of the 4.12 Leadership Training Program.

Equipping the 4.12 students in serving the Lord as they are a part of kitchen crew is one of Justin’s favorite parts of his role. He also enjoys hunting and working on old cars. One of his favorite verses is 2 Timothy 2:15, “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”
