Bible Adventure/CIA Equipping Coordinator

Dianne had been aware of Camp Joy El through church retreats 30 years ago, but was reintroduced to Joy El 4 years ago through her grandchildren’s attendance at the Southern Fulton BA/CIA. In the past 4 years she has been teaching in the Bible Adventure program there and has been a listener/helper in the CIA 6th grade and after school programs, respectively, as well.
She loves teaching children the word of God and seeing His light come on in their spirits and minds! Children are precious to God and need to learn that He has provided them with hope through Jesus Christ!
Dianne has many favorite verses that mean much to her, but the verses that follow have been life verses at different stages of her life. They all still mean much to her. They have to do with God’s plan for our redemption and the peace we can have through trusting Him. The last passage that is the theme for this stage of her life teaches about Jesus’ great love of children!

“So Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.'” John 20:21
“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'” John 14:6
“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.” Isaiah 26:3
“Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.’” Matthew 19:13-14
She is thankful for the opportunity and privilege of helping to bring children to Jesus for His blessing and that Joy El provides that opportunity!
