Tawnya first became involved with Joy El through her four children attending camp and being a part of the 4.12 Leadership Training Program. She loves knowing that she’s serving guests by making the camp clean and as comfortable as possible so they may have a life-changing weekend.

Tawnya lives in Chambersburg, PA, with her husband, Wayne, and two of her four children, Corbin and Carly. When not at work, she loves to garden, embroider, and read.

A verse that’s meaningful to Tawnya is Jeremiah 32:17: “Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.” To her, it is such a blessing to know that no matter what, God is sovereign over all.
